The slant of this article is part of the problem with Costa Rica. “only seven”???? There shouldn’t be ANY beaches contaminated with bacteria from human sh*t, and certainly not beaches like Coco …one of the most popular spots. Oh, but it’s all pura vida, right….

Here in San Jose every flush of the toilet goes down hill untreated in the rivers. Sickening. Herradura is to be avoided My family went there 3 years ago they all got sick with ear infections and one came down with the flu riding the ski boats there.
