This can also depend upon your location (if you are in the US or in CR, for example). In general, this tends to happen in people here in CR, because our advertising server has servers here in CR, while the web server for the general site is actually at a hosting facility in the USA, so there is more delay on the content than the ads (if you are in CR) as the content has to travel a further distance to reach you.

We are hoping to have this issue solved by replicating content servers here in CR, though the process of doing that is lengthy and might not be completed by Monday.
