He got Smith deported from Costa Rica; using the law. Hit them where it hurts with the FBI and Kidd’s Bank of America account number. Put an end to them. And by all means check Agnos’ Felony Records; as there are none. Agnos maintains residences in Costa Rica and Washington State; and has a three year old boy. But Google “Chuck Kidd is a Scammer and a Thief”. Cyber criminals all the way. Safe from prosecution in their hiding place in Nicaragua.

Ms. Gandolfo I do not know you but you would be wise to do some research on the person you are communicating with James F. Agnos. aka David Levaughn, aka Mike Simson et al. Call the Miami office of the FBI and inquire about the file they have on him as a cyber stalker and for threats to harm or kill people. The FBI office is well aware of him. Call the OIJ office in Costa Rica and ask about the multiple Denuncias against him. The latest for threating to kill a 19 year old girl in Costa Rica. You would be well advised to cease all contact with him before you become his next victim to attack. Agnos is a seriously demented and deranged person and is dangerous. Check out his felony criminal records in California, Oregon and Washington State. Continued contact with him in any manor is ill advised. Just a heads up for you as he is trying to get you to do his dirty work because they no longer pay attention to anything he says.

Agnos is the man whose Lawyer warned Smith to stop committing crimes against him, and filed a criminal denuncia against Smith with OIJ. He also drove to Panama City, Panama to file a criminal complaint against Smith with the FBI. Doesn’t sound like he would post lies, extort money, or attack anyone who doesn’t deserve it.
