What criteria are used for early release? What criteria get someone on the “most wanted” list? I can understand early release for drug offenses, but have difficulty understanding early release for robbery (if this term is applied to theft with violence or its threat, rather than burglary). It appears that the country needs to rethink its early-release priorities. I would release anyone jailed for simple possession.
