The mix that these idiots import has been determinted to be the worst one for conditions in Costa Rica. They have been using the wrong one for 50 years now. Presidents, Vice presidents, managers and a couple thousand employees. A good amount of the tax money going into a black hole. This will never be closed nor will they be accountable.
