I would like to know how many cops CR has total. Aren’t the OIJ officers separate, as well as the immigration and now the health police? Do municipalities have separate police forces?

CR needs to place more cops who are honest in Puerto Viejo where the pot growers are never busted thanks to them paying off the cops. The east coast is extremely corrupt, the drug trade is out of control.
