Surely, you jest!! Can I stop laughing now? First an article about Columbia trying to stop Nicaragua from drilling off-shore near “disputed areas” and now we see Columbia wants to increase theirs? What hypocrites. And improving their output by using chemicals similar to the tar sands fiasco…the picture is clear now.
