Putin it is your turn for the Nobel Peace prize.. Just Like Obama got it a couple years ago.

Now how in the world is this going to work anyway?? Oh USA will pony up a trillion dollars over a 2 decades. China and Russia laughing at Obama What a big error. No red lines and stay away from the area other than Israel.

Costa Rica seems to always do the correct intelligent thing when it comes down to it. Examples are voting to allow Palestine to be included as it is a real country, keeping GMO corn out to protect farmers, and now backing the peaceful solution to usa trying to get into Syria to run gas pipelines and take the business away from Russia. Costa Rica thinks with it head rather than its pocketbook. An example to the world.
