It’s a shame that the present labour laws of Costa Rica make it highly prohibitive, if not impossible, to fire individuals, in this case, for incompetency.

Is that “plates starting with” or plates “ending with”? Pretty soon we’ll not be allowed to drive in the restricted area anytime. What is this about the annual marchamo being the right to pass on the roads? What are we paying the taxes for if we can’t use the roads (or only at certain times or on certain days)? I doubt this is even constitutional. Hey, government, you can’t have it both ways: pay for the right to use the roads but you can’t use the roads.

How about the other bridges as well. Please do not just focus on this one. The crumbling infrastructure all over the country . This is going to be TWO months of Hell for all of us.
