What does it take to see that the justice system in CR is failing? Crime, the likes of which is escalating rapidly in CR, is a far more important issue than what the current administration seems to concern themselves with. I would like to see Lady Laura get a handle on just ONE major issue during her term and crime and just punishment for crimes against the person is something doable. Unfortunately, the will may not be there.
