How do you sentence a guy like this to jail time when the jails are overfilled. If he’s a Nicaraguan, why not deport him and put him on a do not re-enter list. Sure he could probably get back in but he would have to be constantly watching his back.
Another case of a judge here making sure his, or her, personal brand of justice is served.
