actually a multi-author blog or MAB. Still a blog. Nothing wrong with that. And as a one time hippie I seem to recall us promoting better living through chemistry. Not wrong (yet) with GM crops.

It’s not a blog and it’s certainly not “hippie”. It’s editorial board is made up of academics and journalists, including the BBC’s former industrial and political correspondent, Nicholas Jones.

Here is the problem-you are directly ingesting pesticides as they are part of the plant and two if GMOs were all safe then Monsanto would not be lobbying so vehemently to keep from having to label such. They spend millions to avoid telling the truth about what you are eating.
