The Tico who tried to rob a bank with a gun. Was taken before the Judge and she could see he “did not mean it” and was Very sorry.. He was let go. The OIJ security minister who was blind drunk crashing into cars in Escazu. He said he was sorry and gave alternative to the crime of a donation, public service and kept his driver license and job. Those are just two instance and the list is long.Allowing thieves free passes up to 50 times until they do a murder or rape. Tico’s here seem so passive where is the outrage?? No where to be found.

Society is supposed to overlook a lot; after all, this is a Roman Catholic country and as long as you say the correct number of Hail Mary’s, victims scratch their heads over the lunacy in the justice system.
