There is not enough RAIN over Nicaragua throughout the year to support moving trillions of gallons of water from the lake(s) and into the sea to maintain a traffic flow half of what Panama&#039;s new locks will move. Are they planning to dam the San Juan river at El Castillo? This will dry up the SJR. On second thought, we could always use the dry riverbed to build yet another Calero highway!]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is an insane idea.
