Granted, maybe I should have guessed the thesis, but the reality is that it never occurred to me. Now that I’m confronted with it, it makes perfect sense: Gendered ambitions surely overlap. I think the meaning is the exact same. That is the women wanting to be with powerful and rich men. In these cases that person happens to be a drug dealer. The motivation is the same, but maybe the risks are a bit greater!
