This makes a case for NOT having open borders. You need to know who is coming here. Costa Rica messed this up badly he should have never been allowed into this country and arrested before he was on the airplane.

Well there are maybe thousand s of others living here wondering the street with mental illness ans just plain psychopaths. However, for this scum bag to be allowed into this country. Tell you something here is very very wrong. My condolences to the poor women murdered and her family. She did nothing wrong just at the wrong place and crossed paths
with this murder. I hope he rots.
