Costa Rica the country with one of the highest rates of stomach cancer in the world…is it the arsenic in the water or also that CR uses the most pesticides in the world that is doing it. A y A is a useless joke, I go running around my neighborhood and in a 3 mile loop I probably count up to 100 leaks. A y A are corrupt idiots from the bottom to the top.

What a load of BS. The concentrations of arsenic in the ground water isn’t what anyone is holding them accountable for, rather the levels in the potable water they are sending to homes. And that is due to their inaction in the matter. Many places around the world have naturally occurring arsenic in the ground water and remove it before sending it into the potable water system.
How is this an inter-agency matter? Seems to me that AYA
has sole responsibility in the matter of getting communities potable water that conforms to whatever guidelines the government has set. And it needs to be dealt with by whom ever is responsible for the affected wells. This whole “it is a situation that must be addressed in an integrated, inter-agency manner, and must be dealt with locally, regionally, and nationally,” is just an attempt to deflect
responsibility for this mess.
