I have to enter all of my employees plus suppliers for 2 companies which will make about 75-85 entries. Today suppliers were showing up for payment and I was scrambling around looking for cash because you can't make the transfer for 1 hour after you finish subscribing. Get this: here is the subscription process. You log in (user, password, clave dinamica), then you go to Security and click on account subscription. Then you scroll down again and click on account subscription again to create a new subscription. After you enter all the account info for the entity, you then have to wait for them to send you an email with a code to verify this (why, I don't know). One email took over an hour to arrive. Don't do too many because the email with the code does not indicate what subscription it is for so you can get them mixed up if you get too far ahead of yourself. After that, you need to go back to the BCR website (probably have to log in again while waiting for the email), go back to Security, then Account Subscripton, and then click on the word "pending" for the account that you received the code for. There you will be asked to put in the code plus the fun clave dinamica numbers. Once that is done you will be informed by email that it was a success and you can use it in an hour. It's been an hour and 15 minutes for the first account I need to use and it still doesn't work. Online security is important but BCR has gone too far. Why do I have to put my clave dinamica in when I log in (with my password) and again to make payments? I mean, isn't it already obvious I have a card in front of me? And now this? I am seriously considering changing banks.

This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least.
