I have a question? If the Goverments are doing such a good job stoping drugs, then why is the price of a killo of cocanine 30 % cheaper than it was in 1995? Can you name any thing else that has droped so much? THe only way to control drugs is to legalize ,tax it. This takes the fun out of it, removes or slow down the criminals.
You reduce the size of jails, courts ,lawyers,and the cops that play cowboys!
