Generaly a $150,000 will buy you a 1000 sq foot condo unfurnished maybe with appliances. Costa Rica is a wonderful place to live I have been here 11 years. I think most of these writers when discussing living costs just ae not correct or honest. Look Carefuly at costs in all aspects. If you live in a beach area.
