Costa Rica has gone hook, line, and sinker for the "Green" thing and carbon taxes and Al Gore, just the way they fell for the fluoride thing of preventing cavities by putting it in the water. Here, though, because there are only smaller providers of water, the fluoride is by law added to the salt. Since everything has salt in it -- usually a hefty dose -- and it is also in just about all the toothpaste, plus dentists frequently dose the teeth with flouride, ticos are getting a heck of a lot of it -- but no one does anything. Costa Rica hosts the UN's international university that teaches the implementation of Agenda 21, and so the country is trying to be a model for that agenda, no matter how idiotic or harbrained the ideas might be. And of course, the average tico has no idea about what is going on. It's good to be living here, because when the SHTF, we will be the last to know.

Yes, just look what happened with the police cars donated by China — only a couple are still on the road.
