The elimination of CFCs is important in order to reduce damage to the ozone layer. People who oppose compliance to the Montreal Protocol are people who prefer to die of skin cancer, therefore their views and opinions should be ignored.

Maybe they could turn off the street lights in the campo that no one likes, and that are damaging to the environment! that woul.d save a lot more money, and it wouldn’t cost anything at all; just let them quietly die and stop replacing them when they do! Night is supposed to be dark.

Another $9.2 million the government does not presently have. I guess we’ll have to wait to see what new tax will be imposed to pay for this giveaway–it always comes down to that, doesn’t it?

So. A refrig that costs $1000 in Dallas and costs $2000 in CR will now only cost $1500. I understand now! When the CR govt steals less it’s called “subsidizing”!
