I’ll see an occasional can but we have lots of garbage cans out and they are picked up several times a week thanks to our local Association. Not a problem here. And guess what, I was at the beach for 6 hours yesterday and did not see one single cop! So much for enforcement, or the lack thereof.

Imagine guests of the Four Seasons being fined? Not a freaking chance. Yet again, Costa Rica is passing laws without thinking about the implementation or implications of them. This isn’t the dumbest thing CR politicians have done but it is right up there at the top.
