Billy, generally speaking you’ll need to go to the Fiscalia, and present the appropriate registration documents to get the ball rolling. However, if your weapon was used in a crime, don’t expect to get it back for quite a while.

Why not a garage Sell the good ones to the Citizens, so they can protect them selves. The police do not do a very good job.

So get the permission and destroy the weapons! Geez, they are a theft waiting to happen-not exactly a good history of keeping confiscated weapons safely here!
