This would be contrary to the Costa Rica constitution. I guess lady Laura can change it? Specifically the part of sending a Costarricense to another country and court? Yeah, That’s right — bring them back here so they can get a slap on the wrist and then go on their way again. Doesn’t Laura have any idea at all of what the country is REALLY like? Cripes, it was just yesterday that the statististics about criminals before the law came out, and the ridiculous percentages of those who are actually punished for their crimes.
