Seriously, the furnishings are taken into account? RUFKM? So if I choose to sleep in a hammock, I’ll pay less than a person who sleeps on a posturepedic? WTF CR? Don’t even get me started on raising the value in the worst real estate market (globally) in 80+ years. Time to pack my bags! Idiotas!

This hurts those living on the edge renting a small places as well. The Tico’s and Nica’s living there can hardly pay $200 plus/month and this tax will be passed on to them. ((So I pay about 50mil per quarter so now I am guessing will be 15 mil added. ))
