If it’s a ‘political’ maneuver and the judiciary is supposed to be non-partisan, then I suppose the move to deny Cruz’s re-election is a wrong decision. Now it appears it is no longer a matter of reinstating him to solve the new mess, it has to be “resolved in a judicial manner”. Will Cruz live that long?
