The cost of a kilowatt of electric in Costa Rica, considering most of it is hydro-electric, is ridiculous to begin with.

These buses sitting idiling plus make less trips is part of the problem. When Transito out directing traffic Tico’s respect the law and runs smoother Go Figure. So this inturn drives up the cost. But hey I am in no hurray anyway the Costarricenses way of life.
