Here’s hoping that the workers don’t get paid when they don’t work….but I doubt it! ICE just needs to learn how to handle their business in a new environment. All businesses have to make changes due to regulatory changes from time to time. I simply can’t believe the contention above that ICE is being handed regulations that favor private cellular companies….the regulations are the same for all, no? ICE just wants to maintain their “favored son” status…..

Way past time for ICE to get competition, they have had a monopoly and extremely independent on what or where they provide services. 2 years ago it only took me 6 months to get a crew out to install internet at home. Each time I would go to their office, I was told “two weeks”.
