The people of Costa Rica had better wake up. China will have COMPLETE CONTROL of their country. All this giving has strings attached to it. Wake up Costa Rica. All this looks good for the President Chinchilla records but what it really bring to the working people of CR.

China giving “unconditional support”, yeah right. If you believe that, I got some land near Upala that would be a great location for a hotel.
China is looking to spend a lot of money here and they know how to grease the gears to get “special” consideration in getting the necessary permits. It’s the only way large projects get approved here.

Did Li Changua, mention the stadium TV instruction writen in Chinese or the poorly made mis matched fire hydrants in the stadum. I hope the Medical equipment is made better than there cars.
