My opinion tobacco does not alter a person in anyway some might get a ‘buzz’ for minute but nothing bad. Its a free country to smoke if you want but I respect to not allow in restraunts for the simple fact people enjoy not smelling smoke while eating or its quite disgusting seeing tar running down walls. Tobacco should be no problem its the other drugs as you said…

In my opinion, the sale of cigarettes, legal or otherwise, is not nearly as harmful as the drug sales in the schools. Concentration of forces into a real crime problem is much more effective than a pack of smokes.

Here is a simple idea, TAX STAMPS on the cigarettes made here to be sold here. Taxes collected at the manufacturing plant.
