Using Racsa’s own speed test I seldom get more than 10% of the bandwidth I pay for and often less than 1%. Complaints to Racsa elicit the response that the network is busy. or that we will send an engineer round (I have heard this 7 times since may, but not seen an engineer,
Imagine going to a resteraunt and ordering 10 jumbo prawns with rice and receiving just one with 2 grains of rice….. Then being told you have to pay the full price anyway because we are busy. Why do the people at Racsa thing this is acceptable,
Change whatever price calculations you want, but deliver what people pay for.
