Additionally, the guy openly admits he won’t be paying the tickets so he should be tossed in the local jail and made to work off the fines at $40 or $50 a day. But then again, for $20 he can appeal all of them and tie this up in the court system for years.

Just a thought. Carry your paperwork, make sure that your RTV and Marchamo are current, check the light once in a while, and don’t run from the police! Problem solved and no 30% school tax paid.

Well, Did he drive the motorcycle home? There are hundreds of motorcycle driving around the country. No license, no retivie.. This will not stop him from driving. He is never going to be able to pay this not in his lifetime.

When you go to the bank to pay any ticket, they automatically add a 30% surcharge for the local schools. This is noted in the very fine, very light print on the back of the ticket.
