For example, if the Caribbean slides into the Sea (even a little) will there be an order of demolition for structures within the zone; likewise, those structured ordered demolished on the Pacific may have been premature if that “side” of Costa Rica rises if and when a “BIG ONE” hits. Then again, it may be an academic point.
