For example, if the Caribbean slides into the Sea (even a little) will there be an order of demolition for structures within the zone; likewise, those structured ordered demolished on the Pacific may have been premature if that &quot;side&quot; of Costa Rica rises if and when a &quot;BIG ONE&quot; hits.
