The prosecutor waffled for some time. Finally an arrest warrant was issued. But prior to that, the families wanted restraining orders against him, as he stood across the street from the house of the most recent victim, licked his lips and said he would &quot;have her again&quot;. Guess what? They were told they had to pay an atorney to file a request for a restraing order. These are poor people. The attorneys in this country are so much in bed with the government it is disgusting. Why should you need an attorney for this? Why aren&#039;t the prsecutors and judges doing their jobs? Two main problems: money talks and it seems everyone is related somewhere down the line.
