The &quot;voluntary&quot; participants include all of us who are legal residents and forced to join by law.  (Thus, it&#039;s not exactly &quot;voluntary.&quot;)  The proposed tax increase looks reasonable, IMO, unless you consider that it hits an unorganized group of individuals who can&#039;t very easily object while some thinking has it that the financial problems of the CCSS are largely caused by organized corporate interests not paying their fair share.]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Correction!
