As far as I am concerned, it is an absolute non-story. Besides, it's nothing but a rehash of what the Spanish-language press in Costa Rica has published days ago. Newsworthiness? Zilch.Furthermore, I have no patience with people accusing the White House of publishing "conflicting" reports. What does a Mary Hogan know about what happened in Bengazi, anyway? It's tragic enough the US lost a first-rate ambassador. Mary is probably following developments closely on Fox News on a minute by minute basis. No wonder she's confused.

I think 8 million dollars is a nice discretionary gift and I have absolutely no problem with the way in which our president has decided to spend it.
