I presume CR gov. Thinks tbey will get a return on the new private port in limon. Why not use the loam to catch all the tico tax cheats with an improved collection and enforcement plan, balance the budget and then work on the road. No one has any patience. Shortsighted politicians, a by product of democracy.

So how in the world can Costa Rica pay back with interest over half billion dollars? Vice President, Luis Liberman never said how this would be done. I guess on the backs of the Tico”s and taxes taxes along with high fee toll road and of course all the shark fin you can catch.. Now the real question how much can the government official rob or skim off the top of the 400 million my guess 20%. Remember the border road and all it’s inferior work and money stuffed into pockets. Dog and pony show now begins.
