All of the laws that are being passed by this administration are ruining the country. The latest is the new law on pedestrians and traffic. Another is the no alcohol in public, (does this include the beach where the tourists and locals enjoy a cold beer?). I could go on and on but I think any free thinking person be it a Tico or a extranero knows how screwed up and not thought out these recent laws are. This government is applying taxes and fines on everyone except her own class while the governement steals from it's people. Her administration is a crooked and as changing as the property lines on the coastal areas. This country is becoming a land of the unfree. A government should serve it's people not the people serving the government! Of course Ortega and Chaves rate higher since there is total control of it's citizens by the government. Cost Rica is on it's way to the same. Sad!

Is it any wonder that this president rates last?
