Day at the Courts

Amazing
how GOD works. Thanks to the head prosecutor in charge of the Villalobos
case I am here today. One fateful phone call was all it took to
turn on my “stubborn red-neck genes”. See I have a long
standing hypothesis, if I am in the “right” then there is no
need to intimidate.
I have to be honest with you, I really had no idea what was
going on with Don Enrique or the “legal case” and at the
time I was calling the prosecutor, I was in a state of mental
turmoil. I figured the prosecutor had somehow found some
“dirt” on Don Enrique, so I figured that the best thing I
could do was to call the prosecutors office looking for some
advice on “what to do”?
My
feeling is that if you know you have the goods on someone else,
then your attitude must be one of “confidence” and security.
It’s like me for example, I now have been told that I
sometimes come across as “cocky” or arrogant, well if that
is the perception, it’s because I am sure of what I am
saying.
To me it’s like when I sit down to write a mid-term test in
med school, I get a “rush” when I read a question and know
the answer, I feel "secure", not defensive. I get
defensive if I don’t know the answer for then I start to
second guess my preparedness.
At
any rate I expected to hear over the telephone, the voice of a
“secure” prosecutor who while not being able to expend legal
advice per say, at least would have the courtesy of pointing me
in the right direction of where I could better educate myself
with respect to the “legal case” being conducted on the “Villalobos
Brothers”.
At that time ‘wild rumors were spreading around like
wildfire”. I wish I knew who had such a 'wonderful'
imagination.
What
I received on the other end of the line was a “tongue
lashing” on “St. Enrique”. Well that folks was
enough to turn me around 180 degrees, for I thought to myself,
is this the person I want to represent me on a make or break
case? In theory the State represents the people.
Was this the person I was going to trust to look and try to find
something for me to stake a claim on? My answer was to those and
many other questions were a resounding, no way!
So the more he spoke, the more he encouraged me to look for the
truth or at least the facts to the best of my ability. Always
keep in mind the scientific method (I am a student and always
will be of science) the first step is, Observaton.
I observed and I did not like what I was seeing or in this case
hearing. I told the person on the other end of the line
that he/she should not confuse my name with me being a
foreigner, because I was as Tico as Gallo Pinto
(yucky).
The American name comes from my father and I made it clear from
that day on that I was not going to just “go away” (like it
was expected from all of us). And that I had nothing to fear
since at that moment I had felt everything I had was lost so
there was nothing to be afraid of. The rest as they say is
history.
What I have observed along with Hank
(sky boy), Michael (ringmaster) Ralph (copas), Rainer
(Austrian terror) and some others who prefer to remain anonymous
is that the government HAD NO CASE, that does not mean that they
can’t grab at straws or drag this out under the pretext of
“investigating”.
The government must have stolen a script right out of the World
Wrestling Federation (WWF) manual because this has been as
entertaining as it comes.
Dear
reader Please thank God that Enrique never told anyone where
he has the money or how it is that it makes profits. Because if
it was common knowledge the State would know about it and this
would go on forever.
The evidence shows that North American investors after they
picked up their July and August interest would then go and share
this with the prosecutors office who was working on a second
raid.
