It has
not rained here since January. Everything has gotten
very dry and there is dust in the air. BUT, this
afternoon it is raining. I am sitting here at my
computer looking at the beautiful front yard full of all
of the flowers and plants we have been nurturing. The
grass is bright green; the orange tree is full of
blossoms and oranges at various stages of ripeness.
The
rain is the typical Costa Rican afternoon type, cool, no
wind, varying between light and moderate, and soooo
relaxing. It soaks directly into the ground so there are
essentially no puddles formed. The Satellite music
channel of Soft Rock is playing Afternoon Delight,
Just another perfect day in paradise.
I am
still trying to get the hot tub put together up in the
Mirador. I think I now have all of the components and am
going to try and get all assembled tomorrow. Check out
the photo to see how it is coming. The view is fantastic
and I already have the amplifier and speakers working.
I
should have all done by next article and will continue
with the description and photos of how great life is
here in Acosta.
