To trace the
whereabouts of the Cuban Luis Milanés and the
Costarican Luis Enrique Villalonbos,
disappeared after the closing of their
business of collecting money, the police are
trying to find using coarse means.

country and the possible routes they may have
taken.
The Security Minister, Rogelio Ramos,
