Lights
In
Costa
Rican
Night
Sky
Possible
UFO's
A
series
of
lights
in
the
night
sky
caught
the
attention
of
several
people
on
an
weekend
outdoor
activity
in
Moravia,
east
side
of
San
José.
One
person
took
out
his
camera
to
record
the
strange
event
which
continued
for
several
minutes
around
8pm
Saturday
night.
Attending
the
Platanares
de
Moravia
party
were
physicians,
including
Marco
Vargas,
director
of
the
Trauma
Unit
of
the
National
Children
Hospital
of
Costa
Rica,
other
professionals
and
agents
of
the
Organismo
de
Investigación
Judicial
(OIJ),
who
all
witnessed
and
surprised
by
the
lights.
According
to
attendees
at
first
thought
they
were
helicopters,
but
was
ruled
out
after
calling
the
airport
control
tower
at
the
Tobias
Bolaños
in
Pavas.
The
phenomenon
lasted
5 to
10
minutes
which
accounted
for
about
20
lights
that
moved
from
east
to
west,
the
light
was
intermittent
and
sometimes
turning.
The
video
taken
by
Alexis
Astúa
and
broadcast
by
Telenoticias,
local
television
news
channel
7,
is
being
subjected
to
analysis
and
field
research
to
determine
what
the
lights
were,
while
people
who
attended
the
event
still
wonder
whether
they
were
witness
UFOs
visiting
Costa
Rica. |
