Wal-Mart Looking For Local Suppliers in
Costa Rica
Wal-Mart, the giant retail chain with
operations in Costa Rica is looking for
suppliers and manufacturers in Costa Rica to
be sold in its stores throughout Central
America.
Wal-Mart that operates the supermarket
chains, Mas X Menos, Palí, Maxibodegas and
the Hypermás department stores, says it
wants to strenghten ties with local
manufactures and suppliers.
Anabella de Freeman, coordinator of the
program, said that the chosen suppliers will
have their products presented for a period
of 90 days, after which they will be
evaluated.
