Rica Continues Expansion in Guanacaste
Stewart Title Costa Rica (STCR) and Pacifico
Retail Village have entered into an
exclusive agreement to provide Post Closing
Services (PCS), loan processing and
underwriting, as well as title and closing
services to Pacifico homebuyers.
"The new office at Pacifico’s Retail Village
reinforces our belief in the tremendous
potential offered by the market in
Guanacaste; we are certain that a permanent
presence will allow us to provide a better
service to fulfill the needs of the various
developments present in the region," Carlos
Gonzalez, Chairman of the Board for Stewart
Title Latin America, said.
“The Jack Parker Corporation and Pacifico
are very pleased to welcome Stewart Title
Costa Rica as a new tenant at the Pacifico
Retail Village,” Kerry Trowbridge, Senior
Vice President of The Jack Parker
Corporation, said. The Jack Parker
Corporation owns the Pacifico Retail
Village.
The newest STCR operation joins a growing
network of Latin American and Caribbean
operations providing both international and
local purchasers and lenders with
cutting-edge title and real estate
information services.
