Will Be Available in Costa Rica In December
The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad
(ICE) announced that it will begin selling
3G cellular lines the first week in
December. The news was confirmed by ICE's
president, Pedro Pablo Quirós.
Quirós said that the institution will be
starting a campaign to educate users and
answer their questions on the third
generation of cellular service.
