departments there are registered 15 lynching
of alleged extortionists, thieving, rapists,
murderers and kidnapers, when it left only

It cites Presidential Committee on Human
Rights numbers in 2008, when 12 people died
the same way, which includes cruel methods
as burning people alive. The text said that
according to non-official sources, there are
lynching because people do not believe in
justice and police.
