Arias Continues To Push For His Honduras Peace Plan

Costa Rican president, Oscar Arias, will take advantage of the Summit Of Tuxtla Group meeting in Guanacaste to push of his proposal "Acuderdo de San José" to return peace in Honduras.

Arias insists that his proposed agreement for Honduras cannot take place if Zelaya is not returned to power.

The meeting of the presidents of Mexico, Colombia and most Central American nations, is taking place new the town of Tamarindo on Costa Rica's Pacific coast.

Arias has invited Zeleaya, who is camped out in nearby Nicaragua, to today's meeting. It isn't known is Zelaya will accept the invitation.

The only absentee in the Tuxla meeting is Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega.
