Program Urges Drivers To Use Child Restraints
The Hospital Nacional de Niños (Children's hospital) was filled with music and clowns to bring the message home to drivers to use child restraints.

The campaign called "Por amor abróchelos" (for the love buckle them in), is sending the message to all drivers to buckle in children and use the special car seats in attempt to save the lives of children.

The pamphlets handed out during the event was for the benefit of parents, urging them not to continue with the custom of not buckling in children.
