A Taste of Spain in Santa Ana
This weekend the Club Hípico la Caraña, in Santa Ana, has been converted into a Spanish cultural centre as Spanish horses are the mainstay of the "Feria Bonanza 2008".

The event is to promote the Spanish beauties as well as Spanish culture in Costa Rica and the taste of the "paella valenciana", a traditional Spanish dish.

The event is organized by the Asociación Costarricense de Criadores de Caballos Raza Española, which has on display some of the best Spanish horses in Costa Rica. The event is not only for show, but horses are being offered for sale as well.

The Caraña is located on the autopista Próspero Fernández, west of Forum in Santa Ana.
